B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
GENERAL FUND ALLOCATIONS ARE TENTATIVE. THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED MAY BE REDUCED BY EXECUTIVE RESTRICTIONS AND/OR INTERNAL REDUCTIONS.
BASIC NEEDS, 15110
1. Purpose
To assure that all children are instructed consistent with the standards specified in the Hawaii Content and Performance Standards so that they can achieve those standards and develop to their fullest potential. The standards specify what students should know, be able to do, and care about.
2. Rationale for Allocation
$5,639,511 is allocated based on the official regular education enrollment count for school year 2004-05. The allocation formula can be found in Allocation 2, School Administration, 23105.
