B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
GENERAL FUND ALLOCATIONS ARE TENTATIVE. THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED MAY BE REDUCED BY EXECUTIVE RESTRICTIONS AND/OR INTERNAL REDUCTIONS.
MOLOKAI/LANAI STUDENT ACTIVITIES, 27867
1. Purpose
To provide Molokai and Lanai High schools with funding for inter-island air and ground transportation to participate in student activities programs that enrich and broaden the lives of students socially, culturally and physically.
2. Rationale for Allocation
Allocation of $31,307 in "B" funds is being made to the Maui District Office for administration of the program.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be used for travel expenses for students to participate in state athletic tournaments, off-island league games, field trips and other student activities.
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
