B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL

RESOURCES FOR NEW FACILITIES-SUPPORT SVC, 12646
1. Purpose
Funds are provided to equip new school facilities.
2. Rationale for Allocation
This allocation is based on each school's approved budget for new school facilities. These funds are for an athletic trainer room and weight room at Lahainaluna High School.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
The DOE "Educational Specifications and Standards for Facilities Program Equipment List" should be used as a guide in expending these funds. A link to this document is available in Lotus Notes Budget Execution 2004-05 under Section 09a. Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ Links.
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy Guide and Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
