1. Purpose
To facilitate the operations of school programs by providing management and operational support services.
2. Rationale for Allocation
Funds are being allocated to the Office of Business Services, Administrative Services Branch, ORG. ID. 010000, to provide courier services to the schools and offices.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide" and procurement law.
