B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
GENERAL FUND ALLOCATIONS ARE TENTATIVE. THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED MAY BE REDUCED BY EXECUTIVE RESTRICTIONS AND/OR INTERNAL REDUCTIONS.
HEALTH FUND, 19093
1. Purpose
To provide for the Department of Education's share of the State Health Fund Program.
2. Rationale for Allocation
Funds are allocated to the Budget Office for the administration of the program and subsequent Journal Voucher to DAGS.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
