1. Purpose
To provide for the Department of Education's share of payments on General Obligation bonds.

2. Rationale for Allocation
Funds are allocated to the Budget Office for program administration and subsequent Journal Voucher to DAGS.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance to the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
