B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL

1. Purpose
To provide for Gas costs centrally charged to the Department.
2. Rationale for Allocation
Funds are being allocated to the Administrative Services Branch of the Office of Business Services to pay for Gas services.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide" and procurement law.
4. Allocation of Resources
Funds are allocated to ORGID 010000.
