1. Purpose
To provide for Sewer costs centrally charged to the Department.
2. Rationale for Allocation
Funds are being allocated to the Administrative Services Branch of the Office of Business services to pay for Sewer charges.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found on the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide" and procurement laws.
4. Allocation of Resources
