1. Purpose
To improve the quality of instruction by providing training and services which support the professional growth and development of teachers throughout the system.

2. Rationale for Allocation
$80,445 in "B" funds is being allocated to the Kauai District Administration to provide funds for planned program activities.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide" and procurement law.
