NCES-BASED READING PROGRAM, 25043

1. Purpose
To provide a reading program for students, and to improve the quality of instruction by providing training and services that support the professional growth and development of teachers delivering the instructional content.

2. Rationale for Allocation
$339,300 is being allocated to Highlands Intermediate School to provide funds for planned program activities.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
