B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
GENERAL FUND ALLOCATIONS ARE TENTATIVE. THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED MAY BE REDUCED BY EXECUTIVE RESTRICTIONS AND/OR INTERNAL REDUCTIONS.
REPROGRAPHIC SERVICES, 33022
1. Purpose
To provide printed materials for the educational and administrative purposes of schools and offices and to provide services in the areas of planning, preparation, printing, production and distribution of graphic arts materials for schools and offices.
2. Rationale for Allocation
Funds are allocated to the Reprographics Section (Org ID 022000) of the Administrative Services Branch of the Office of Business Services for salaries and planned program activities.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide" and procurement law.
