1. Purpose
To provide leadership and direction for various business, facilities, school food, school bus, accounting, and procurement services of the Department within the scope of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Rationale for Allocation
$128,689 is being allocated to provide funds for salaries and planned program activities.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
