B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL

DUPLICATING SERVICES, 33001
1. Purpose
To provide for printed materials for educational and administrative purposes for the Department.
2. Rationale for Allocation
Funds are being allocated to the Administrative Services Branch of the Office of Business Services to provide for duplicating services for the offices in the Queen Liliuokalani Building.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide" and procurement law.
4. Allocation of Resources
$52,425 in "B" funds are allocated to OBS - Administrative Services, Org ID 010000.
