B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
GENERAL FUND ALLOCATIONS ARE TENTATIVE. THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED MAY BE REDUCED BY EXECUTIVE RESTRICTIONS AND/OR INTERNAL REDUCTIONS.
SCHOOL PRIORITY FUND-CASH, 16111
1. Purpose
To provide resources which may be used at the school's discretion to meet the unique assessed needs of students and improve the instructional program beyond the level normally provided by the regular allotment.
2. Rationale for Allocation
$5,703,761 in "F" funds is allocated at approximately $32 per pupil based on the projected K-12 regular and special education enrollment. This allocation is seventy five percent of the appropriation. The remainder of the appropriation will be allocated after the official enrollment count in September.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
These funds may be used for supplies, equipment, textbooks, and services to meet the unique needs of students at each school.
Funds are to be expended in accordance to the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
