B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL

RESOURCES FOR NEW FACILITIES-SPEC EDUC, 12643

1. Purpose
Funds are provided to equip new special education classrooms.

2. Rationale for Allocation
This allocation is based on each school's approved budget for new special education classrooms. $354,834 is deferred for future allocations.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
The DOE "Educational Specifications and Standards for Facilities: Program Equipment List" should be used as a guide in expending these funds.

Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
