B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL

LEASE RENTALS, 12648

1. Purpose
Funds are provided for lease rental of school land and/or buildings.

2. Rationale for Allocation
Lease rental funds are allocated on the basis of the approved budget. $3,538 is allocated to Molokai High and Intermediate School. The remaining $17,114 is deferred.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
These funds are to be for lease rental of land at Molokai High & Intermediate School.

Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
