RESOURCES FOR NEW FACILITIES-SCH LIBRARY, 12645

1. Purpose
Funds are provided to equip new school libraries.

2. Rationale for Allocation
This allocation is based on each school's approved budget for school libraries.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
The "DOE Educational Specifications and Standards for Facilities: Program Equipment List" should be used as a guide in expending these funds.

Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
