B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
AFTER SCHOOL LRNG CNTR-MOLOKAI COMPLEX, 13022
1. Purpose
To plan and implement centers that provide safe, drug-free, supervised and cost-effective after-school, weekend or summer havens for children, youth, and their families.
2. Rationale for Allocation
$800,067 in "T" funds is being allocated to Molokai Complex to promote and provide tutorial, academic enrichment, literacy, and communication (including technological skills development) activities for the children and communities of the Molokai public schools. Funds will be distributed to individual schools through the allocation process at a later date.
$98,885 in "T" funds is allocated to the OBS - Accounting Section, Org ID 899000 to cover indirect costs for this program.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy and Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations, and procurement law.
