ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (OBS), 33010

1. Purpose
To provide leadership and direction for various business and administrative services of the Department within the scope of laws and established rules and regulations, and for services in accounting, operations, procurement and school support.

2. Rationale for Allocation
$55,000 in "B" funds is allocated to the OBS - Administrative Services Branch for planned program activities.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide," personnel rules and regulations and procurement law.
