B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
AUXILIARY SERVICES-OAHU, 37932
1. Purpose
To maintain custodial standards and administer the Operations and Maintenance Program to provide the necessary manpower, equipment and supplies to schools by the Department.
2. Rationale for Allocation
$50,600 is allocated to Office of Business Services, Operations and Maintenance Section, for fuel charges for the Section's fleet of vehicles and power mowing equipment.
$4,000 is allocated to Office of Business Services, Operations and Maintenance Section, for custodial safety shoes and equipment.
$55,400 is allocated to Office of Business Services, Operations and Maintenance Section for parts, servicing and repairs to the Section's fleet of vehicles and power mowing equipment, and for planned program activities.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the guidelines found in the "FMS User Policy & Process Flow Guide" and procurement law.
