B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL
STUDENT TRANSPORTATION, 19097
1. Purpose
To meet financial obligations for contracted transportation services and payment of goods and services received.
2. Rationale for Allocation
The transportation services were provided from June 1st to present; however, claims were not received until after FY02 deadline. The services were and continue to be required for ESY students and compensation is necessary to ensure continuation of the services. Vendors would be due interest if payment were held up until August 15 for goods and services received in June 2002.
3. Guidelines for Implementation
Payments will be processed by issuance of purchase orders
4. Allocation of Resources
B fund to cover goods and services procured prior to end of FY 02.
