B. ALLOCATION PROPOSAL

STATEWIDE TESTING, 23040

1. Purpose
Funds are to be used to provide schools with materials or services to support school or complex initiated testing projects.

2. Rationale for Allocation
These funds help to support school and complex assessment projects that are not normally funded by school based funds such as initiatives to measure student achievement at grades not covered in the statewide testing program.

3. Guidelines for Implementation
Funds are to be expended in accordance with the appropriate FMS and statutory guidelines.

4. Allocation of Resources
All funds will be allocated to the State Testing Office to purchase assessment materials or service for school use.
